Solid Auction Success Rate Continues
… New Fee Deal Commences 1st July

Plentiful weekly volumes in autumn of home offerings have not been enough to overpower buyer demand. Properties that sold at or prior to auction hovered in the 60’s percent area with several results in late autumn/early winter recording 70% or higher. This is a “good” market for sellers, with buyers experiencing competition from other buyers in most instances when attempting to negotiate a sale, or buy at auction. It has been a year or two at least, since we have seen this level of strength. House prices which were flat or trending down, have this year changed back to moving up, albeit it at modest pace.
