1920’s Timber Home Secured Prior To Auction
Referred to Renowden Buyers Advocates by past clients, Megan’s intended new home was scheduled for auction “next Saturday”, though the agents had suggested to her the vendors may sell “prior to”. At this point, Megan did exactly the RIGHT thing. She contacted us immediately to help her. Why at this point is that critical? … Because that very short conversation potentially opens up a can of worms for buyers, though most would have little awareness of that. So much can go wrong between this knowledge being obtained – that a vendor may sell before auction … and the eventual sale. But buyers, frankly, are often clueless on what to do, or say – even those with some experience. Experienced buyers may only be partly aware of what they think they should do.
Over 45 years in the industry has taught us a lot about how agents, sellers and buyers work and think. Megan received the benefit of that from the moment we began assisting her. The property was secured the following evening and for a very good price. Our very competitive Fixed Fee for service is a no-brainer, not only for buying well and saving as much as possible for the client, but ensuring the client does not miss out on being successful in the first place due to mixed communication and poor strategy.
