Tim and Marcella were on the hunt in earnest. Having recently sold with a 120 days settlement to provide good time to find and buy, the plan was to execute their purchase to dovetail the two settlements. Some presale looking at houses set them up well for more solid looking over the following month post-sale, with our assistance. And it worked out a treat.

Several properties were identified that were excellent candidates: two with the precarious situation of being auctioned on the same day AT THE SAME TIME. Such occurrences don’t happen very often, but when they do it pays to have a plan – which we did. And Tim and Marcella’s first choice was the one we bought, at a very good price. A perfect location for the young kids and their school and immediately adjacent to a wilderness parklands – just perfect. Even Chico, the family’s Jack Russell was delighted!
